The Secretary General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Iyad Ameen Madani, strongly denounced the Friday 25 October 2014 terrorist attack in the Sinai Peninsula. Madani affirmed the OIC’s principled and firm position condemning all forms of terrorism. He also reiterated the OIC’s solidarity with the Arab Republic of Egypt and its support for the country’s security and stability. The Secretary General expressed sincere condolences to the families of the victims and wished the injured quick recovery.
