The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Prof. Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu , strongly condemned the criminal terrorist act which targeted security directorate building in Mansoura, Egypt , killing and injuring several innocent people. The Secretary General expressed his deepest condolences to the Egyptian government and the families of the victims who lost their lives as a result of this criminal evil act , praying to God to spare Egypt all harm.
