The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, has expressed his profound grief and shock over the tragic explosion of a fuel truck upon a crash into a flyover in the Saudi capital Riyadh on Thursday, 1st November 2012, causing the death of 22 people and injuring over 200 others. Ihsanoglu extended his heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Government and people of Saudi Arabia as well as to the bereaved families of the victims and prayed for the quick recovery of the injured.
