The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) vehemently condemned the Israeli occupation forces storming of Bab Al-Rahma prayer hall in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, destroying and stealing its contents, in flagrant violation of the sanctity of holy sites and freedom of worship, and a blatant infringement upon the sentiments and beliefs of Muslims.
The OIC confirmed that the Bab al-Rahma prayer hall is an integral part of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque with its entire area of 144 dunums. This crime comes within the scope of the Israeli occupation policies aimed at changing the legal and historical status of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque. Concurrently, The OIC called on the international community, especially the Security Council, to assume its responsibilities and put an end to the continuous Israeli violations against the Palestinian people, their land and holy sites.
