H.E. Hissein Brahim Taha, the Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), received on April 7, 2022, in his office at the headquarters of the General Secretariat, Ambassador Eko Hartono who presented his credentials as Permanent Representative of the Republic Indonesia to the OIC.
The Secretary-General welcomed the new permanent representative and reiterated his high appreciation of Indonesia's commanding role and its initiatives within the OIC and Joint Islamic Action.
The Indonesian Permanent Representative affirmed his country's unwavering support to the OIC.
Both sides discussed ways to strengthen relations between the OIC and the Republic of Indonesia.
