The Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), H.E. Mr. Hissein Brahim Taha, met, on 23 March 2022, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, H.E. Mr. Zubairu Dada, in the office of H.E. the OIC Secretary-General, on the sidelines of the 48th session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers In Islamabad, capital of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
During the meeting, they discussed cooperation relations between the OIC and the Federal Republic of Nigeria and ways to enhance and develop them.
The two sides also exchanged views on issues of common concern, in addition to the security challenges posed by terrorist groups, especially Boko Haram.
