The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Mr Hissein Brahim Taha, offered deep condolences to the people and government of Malaysia over flooding disaster, the worst in decades, that took the lives of many and displaced thousands.
He expressed sympathy to the bereaved families of the victims, asking the Most High to have the deceased in His vast mercy and paradise, grant the wounded prompt and full recovery, and save Malaysia and Malaysians from all harm.
