The Organization of Islamic Cooperation condemned the terrorist car bombing in a market in Al-Qaim western of the province of Anbar in Iraq on 11 January 2019 that killed and injured a number of victims.
The OIC Secretary General, Dr. Yousef A. Al-Othaimeen, expressed his condolences to the Iraqi government and to the families of those killed, wishing the wounded prompt recovery.
He also reaffirmed that the OIC stands in full support of the government of Iraq in the fight against terrorism and extremism in all their forms and manifestations.
