OIC Secretary General Approves Humanitarian Aid for Six Projects in Palestine

The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Dr. Yousef Ahmed Al Othaimeen, approved humanitarian relief allocations for the benefit of six projects in the State of Palestine.

These relief allocations come as an expression of the solidarity of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, represented by the Islamic Solidarity Fund (ISF), with the Palestinian people, and as a response to their needs in various areas.

The six projects are a complement to a list of 31 projects for the State of Palestine approved by the Permanent Council of the ISF at its 62nd Session held in February 2018, in Jeddah (KSA).

This assistance comes within the framework of the ISF’s interest in the achievement of human development, raising the level of Muslims across the world and advancing their capacities in the area of health and various other fields: social, economic, educational and cultural.
