The OIC Condolences Iraq on the Death of a Number of Citizens because of Floods

The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Dr. Yousef A. Al-Othaimeen, expressed his condolences to the Government and people of Iraq following the death of scores of citizens, as well as the heavy material losses sustained by many civilian facilities, because of the floods that hit many cities of Iraq, affirming the OIC’s support for the Government and people of Iraq in the face of this tragedy.

In the same vein, Al-Othaimeen conveyed his condolences to the families of the victims and wished speedy recovery to the wounded, expressing his full sympathy with the displaced families after the destruction of their homes and property due to those strong floods.
