OIC Secretary Strongly Condemns Suicide Attack against Worshippers in Kabul

The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed al Othaimeen condemned in the strongest terms the brutal suicide attack on a commemorative gathering of prayer and worship in Kabul on Tuesday, 20 November 2018.

Some 50 people have been reported dead and many others were injured. The Afghan Government declared a day of mourning for the martyrs.

The OIC Secretary General conveyed the Muslim Ummah's sympathies and condolences to the Government and people of Afghanistan and prayed for speedy recovery to the injured.
