The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) strongly condemned the terrorist bomb blast attack which targeted innocent citizens in central Tikrit, north of the Iraqi capital Baghdad, on Sunday, 18 November 2018, resulting in a number of fatalities and injuries.
The OIC Secretary General, Dr. Yousef Al Othaimeen, extended his condolences to the families of those who lost their lives as a result of this criminal and heinous act, expressed his wishes of prompt recovery to the injured and prayed to God that Iraq may be spared any future unfortunate events.
Also, the Secretary General reiterated the OIC’s unwavering stand against terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
