The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) expressed its strong condemnation of the criminal and terrorist attack that hit Al-Sinak district of central Baghdad on 31 December 2016 killing and wounding innocent citizens.
H.E. Dr. Yosef Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, the OIC Secretary General, offered his condolences to the families of the innocent victims who lost their lives because of this heinous terrorist act, and wished a speedy recovery to the wounded praying to Allah Almighty to help Iraq avoid all harm.
Al-Othaimeen reiterated the principled position of the OIC in condemning terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
