The Secretary General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) H.E. Dr Yousuf A. Al-Othaimeen received a the General Secretariat on Thursday 15 December 2016 H.E Mr Muhammad Mahmoud Al-Ameen, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to Riyadh, who conveyed to the Secretary General the compliments of The Honorable Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mauritania on his election as the Secretary General of the OIC.
The Mauritanian Ambassador assured of his country’s readiness to cooperate with the OIC, stressing the importance of the OIC’s role in combating the current challenges facing the Islamic ummah.
