The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) strongly condemned the terrorist attack of Friday 16 October 2015 which targeted a Husaynia in the city of Seihat in the county of Qatif, East of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, claiming the lives of five innocent civilians and causing injuries to another nine. The Secretary General, Mr. Iyad Ameen Madani reiterated the Organization’s full rejection and condemnation of all terrorist acts regardless of their sources and perpetrators and reaffirmed the OIC’s support to the Kingdom in its fight against terrorism and violent extremism. The OIC Secretary General expressed his condolences to the victims’ families and his best wishes of prompt recovery to the injured.
