Secretary General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Iyad Ameen Madani, praised the Riyadh supplementary agreement reached by Their Majesties and Highnesses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kingdom of Bahrain, State of Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, and the State of Qatar on 16 November 2014. The agreement was reached as part of the commitment of the leaders of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council to mend fences among the GCC states and thereby bring back dynamism and vitality to the fabric of the Arab nation to enable it stand united to confront the numerous challenges facing the region.
