The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned the attack that targeted a security checkpoint in Sinai Al-Arish, killing six Egyptian soldiers. The OIC Secretary General, Dr. Yousef A. Al-Othaimeen, reaffirmed the OIC full support for the Arab Republic of Egypt in its counter-terrorism efforts and reemphasized its principled position rejecting all forms of terrorism whatever its sources.
