The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned the stabbing terrorist attack in the Russian city of Surgut on Saturday 19 August 2017, which left eight people injured.
The Secretary General, Dr. Yousef Ahmed Al-Othaimeen has condemned such an atrocious terrorist act and expressed the OIC solidarity with the Government of the Russian Federation and its people in their fight against terrorism and extremism.
In addition, the Secretary General reiterated the OIC constant and principled position that condemns vigourously all acts of terrorism in all forms and manifestations.
