Ambassador of Pakistan Presents his Letter of Credence to the OIC Secretary General

The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Dr. Yousef A. Al-Othaimeen, has on 4th June 2017 received in his office Amb Khan Hasham Bin Saddique, Ambassador of Pakistan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who presented his Letters of Credence as Pakistan Representative to the OIC.

The Secretary General and Amb. Sassique also used the occasion to review the ongoing preparations of the upcoming Council of Foreign Ministers Meeting scheduled for Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire and both side urged for constructive deliberations with a view of producing action oriented outcomes. The two sides also discussed wide range of issues of mutual concern and the means of enhancing OIC-Pakistan bilateral relations.

During the meeting, the Secretary General restated the importance of Pakistan as an important partner on the OIC’s various activities and efforts. In his turn, Amb. Saddiqueexpressed the appreciation of his government for the efforts of the Secretary General in supporting the interest of Pakistan and assured him of the continued support of his country to the agendas of the organization.
