Activities of the OIC Secretary General on the sideline of the 33^rd Session of the Islamic Conference of Foreign Ministers

On the sideline of the 33^rd Session of the Islamic Foreign Ministers, the President of Azerbaijan His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev received on Monday the Secretary General of the Organization of the Islamic Conference Professor Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu in his Presidential Office in Baku. The meeting was an opportunity for exchanging views on issues of mutual interest and on the items tabled on the agenda of the Ministerial Conference. They also exchanged their views on the possible ways and means of cooperation between the Organization of the Islamic Conference and the Republic of Azerbaijan.

And on the sideline of Baku Conference also, the OIC Secretary General held bilateral meetings with many Ministers and Heads of Delegations participating in the Conference. Their talks focused on how to develop and expand bilateral relations and the various issues in the agenda of the Conference.
